    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The region’s leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients for co-occurring (Mental Health & Substance Use) services in Granite City or Belleville, IL. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is part-time; daytime hours, Mon-Fri.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $25.91 to 29.32 per hour.</strong></p>\n<p><em>There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity. </em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This role is Student Loan Repayment Eligible.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>National Health Service Corp (NHSC) LOAN REPAYMENT PROGRAM - </strong>The NHSC LRP offers up to $100,000 for providers working in Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) in Illinois.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery. </li>\n <li>Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. </li>\n <li>Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy. </li>\n <li>Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports</li>\n <li>Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in the state of Illinois. IL licensure of LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC required. </li>\n <li>Must be willing to be trained in the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA).  </li>\n <li>Must obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training.  </li>\n <li>Basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, Outlook, Teams, email and an electronic medical record (EMR). </li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to offer telehealth services, as dictated by funding sources, client needs/desires and supervisory assignment. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?</em> Research shows that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs when that’s the case.
