Orders if needed, and makes needed repairs based on PM.</li><li>Assists with training new and/or less skilled maintenance and production personnel.</li><li>Troubleshoots basic electrical problems using various test equipment and ladder logic diagrams.</li><li>Troubleshoots mechanical problems using various measurement equipment and mechanical expertise.</li><li>Devises, plans, and completes mechanical upgrades, modifications and overhauls.</li><li>Completes changeovers on production lines by following changeover check sheet and recommends modification to the sheet as needed.</li><li>Performs routine daily setup and adjustment of all production equipment.</li><li>Follow all safety and company policies.</li><li>Participate in safety and quality trainings.</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to repair equipment using hand tools.</li><li>Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability.</li><li>Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.</li><li>Ability to read the input/output of electrical schematics.</li><li>Helpful i.e. Knowledge of PLC’s (Programmable Logic Controllers).</li><li>High School education or the equivalent.</li><li>Demonstrated work experience in a team environment.</li></ul>",
