You’ll collaborate with internal JPM teams, clients, and service providers (including fund administrators and custodians) to deliver seamless execution and exceptional client service across private funds, hedge funds, and private credit investments.</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create, manage and review all documents and spreadsheets relating to subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and conversion processing for both Investors and Investments</li><li>Execute complex Investments in and out of underlying Hedge Fund Managers &nbsp;and Private Credit Managers (both USD and FX)</li><li>Work closely with portfolio management team, risk and our clients’ custodians on the finalization of trades/executions</li><li>Working directly with clients, clients support teams, and internal working teams on new product launches and new business initiatives</li><li>Offering guidance/support/knowledge to various clients, client support teams and JPM teams on product services/AML KYC and processes</li><li>Proactively look for means of automation, efficiencies and scalabilities - consistently work with business groups to make enhancements to current systems and processes</li><li>Resolves problems and discrepancies both internally and externally</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree required.</li><li>4+ years of relevant experience in private funds operations, alternatives, or asset management.</li><li>Proven leadership and team collaboration skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior management and stakeholders across the organization.</li><li>Willingness to take on new challenges and expand responsibilities as the team grows.</li><li>4 years of relevant experience</li><li>Proactive, detail oriented, team player with strong organizational/multi-tasking skill set</li><li>Excellent database knowledge required - Specifically Microsoft Excel&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to communicate directly with all levels of Senior management within the business and throughout the organization</li><li>Ability to take on additional responsibilities as the group expands</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>",
