          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Food Science, Chemistry or related field</li><li>Previous GFSI/HACCP/SSOP experience in the meat industry</li><li>5+ years manufacturing/management related experience in a food production and sanitation environment</li><li>Prior experience in developing and managing training programs, understanding diverse learning styles and levels of education</li><li>Self-motivated and high performance oriented, proven ability to increase efficiency and reduce loss</li><li>Ability to use and drive of shop floor control metrics to maintain and improve performance</li><li>Solid attention to detail to maintain records and reports</li><li>Problem solving and statistical skills</li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written across all levels</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office</li><li>Pass background check, drug test and E-verify(I9)</li><li>Able to lift upto 50 lbs</li></ul>",
