          "text": "<p>Contract to Hire (6 months)</p><p>Pay: up to 130K  Role perm and $55/hr - $65/hr on contract) </p><p>Location: Germantown, MD (needs to plan to be onsite and 1 day a week remote after a few months</p><p><br /></p><p>Minimum Requirements</p><p>•\tBachelor’s Degree Required</p><p><b>•\tCISSP certification required </b></p><p><br /></p><p>Special Skills/Knowledge:</p><p>•\t7-10 years cyber security experience in federal government</p><p>•\tMust have hands-on experience in cyber/network products and operating systems e.g. installation and configuration of enterprise level software</p><p>•\tSignificant experience with NIST Certification and Accreditation</p><p>•\tSignificant experience with McAfee ePO and all McAfee enterprise products.  Knowledge in Symantec enterprise security products is also preferred</p><p>•\tSignificant experience with Tenable Security Center and Nessus</p><p>•\tSignificant experience in vulnerability scanning and providing remediation recommendations</p><p>•\tKnowledge with Splunk, Metasploit is nice to have</p><p>•\tExperience with intrusion prevention devices (IPS) or intrusion detection devices (IDS) both network and host based</p><p>•\tIncident response and root cause analysis is nice to have</p><p>•\tExperience with security baseline specifications (CIS, USGCB) and Federal government NIST SP 800 series recommended practices</p><p>•\tExceptional analytic and problem solving skills</p><p>•\tKnowledge of TCP/IP networking; DNS and Active Directory</p><p>•\tPrefer significant and/or advanced knowledge but does not require hands-on knowledge in the following areas:</p><p>o\tSecuring Windows 7 or newer Microsoft operating systems</p><p>o\tSecuring Windows Servers including Active Directory</p><p>o\tSecuring Microsoft back-end products including SQL server, Exchange server, SharePoint Portal services, ISA, IIS, SCCM, WSUS, etc.</p><p>•\tExpertise in Cyber Security with respect to Federal IT security (NIST, FISMA, OMB)</p><p><br /></p><p>Related Work Experience:</p><p>•\tExperience working with ticketing systems and help desk tools</p><p>•\tExcellent ability to work independently with minimal supervision</p><p>•\tExcellent ability to work in a remote team environment a must</p><p>•\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p>•\tExcellent people skills are required</p><p><br /></p><p></p>",
