This role ensures that guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering accurate orders, knowledgeable menu guidance, and attentive service, while maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of presentation and hospitality.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.</p></li>\n <li><p>Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide menu recommendations and explain specialty dishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.</p></li>\n <li><p>Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately, ensuring correct presentation and portioning.</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to questions, concerns, or special requests.</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare tables for service, including arranging place settings, utensils, and condiments according to restaurant standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned section and dining areas.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and coordinated service.</p></li>\n <li><p>Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines.</p></li>\n <li><p>Process payments accurately and efficiently.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist in training new servers as needed.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous full service-dining or Asian cuisine service experience preferred.</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.</p></li>\n <li><p>Standing and walking for extended periods.</p></li>\n <li><p>Lifting and carrying trays up to 25–40 pounds.</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of tableware.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
