Adhere to all Company policies and IGB gaming regulations and protect the Company&rsquo;s assets. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all standards, policies, and procedures.</p><p><strong>KEY JOB FUNCTIONS</strong>:</p><ul><li>Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting DraftKings at Casino Queen Guest Experience Service Standards at all times.</li><li>Protect company assets at all times.</li><li>Accurately obtain, input, maintain, and record all transactions as specified by Sports audit and IGB and IRS Regulations.</li><li>Accurately write and pay valid Sports tickets.</li><li>Operate wagering terminal and perform machine maintenance, including but not limited to loading new tickets and keeping the area free of all debris.</li><li>Answers to all guests, explain wagering information, questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and the property in general.</li><li>Assist Supervisors in identifying guests with special needs or liberal betting to ensure the protection of the Company assets and the best guest experience possible.</li><li>Clean and maintain the front and back of the house work areas. Inform necessary person of any supply shortages.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.</li><li>Have basic math skills.</li><li>Cash handling experience.</li><li>Understand and comply with all Company, departmental and IGB rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.</li><li>Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests.</li><li>Must be able to obtain IGB level 2 license.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>Exemplary service engagement skills</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p>\n    </div>\n  </div></div></div>\n",
