    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Laboratory Supervisor at MANA Lab at the Fayetteville Diagnostic clinic will oversee daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring compliance with CLIA regulations. Manage and provide guidance to the Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Phlebotomists, Laboratory Assistants and Ancillary Receptionists. Perform both CLIA waived and non-waived laboratory procedures with independent judgment. Assist with specimen processing, reception, and phlebotomy as necessary. Monitor laboratory performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Must be detail oriented, and enjoy leading others. Must have strong leadership and team management skills. Have comprehensive knowledge of laboratory procedures and regulations. Must have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Previous supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.</p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (Medical Technology) required. </p>\n<p>Clinic operational hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, no nights, major holidays, or weekends.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<li>Provide daily oversight for the laboratory, ancillary reception and phlebotomy staff</li>\n<li>Directly supervise and train all laboratory personnel</li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring all areas in the laboratory are properly staffed, covering where needed</li>\n<li>Keep up to date with ordering supplies and ensuring inventory is properly maintained</li>\n<li>Monitor daily quality controls and verify policies and procedures are followed</li>\n<li>Be a key operator for the Laboratory Information System and troubleshoot any issues that arise</li>\n<li>Work directly with the Director of Laboratory Services to ensure all Quality Control, Quality Assurance and all other policies and procedures are being followed</li>\n<li>Keep all personnel files up to date and verifying competencies are completed in a timely manner</li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as required or assigned</li>\n<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor of Science degree or Clinical Laboratory Science (Medical Technologist)</li>\n <li>12 – 18 months related experience and/or training</li>\n <li>6+ months management experience and/or training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic </strong> Fayetteville Diagnostic Clinic is a physician-owned practice who encourages teamwork and collaboration, increasing efficiency in care, and ensuring patients receive a positive health care experience.
