You will lead network engineers, systems administrators, and Tier 1–3 help desk supporting an enterprise environment spanning ERP, HR, payroll, financial management, point-of-sale, and BI platforms. Your operating discipline is cross-domain — every network change is evaluated for application performance impact, security implications, and downstream dependencies before implementation, with pre-validation in our Integrated Test Environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What you will own</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Network operations across 70+ distributed F&amp;FR installations: routing, switching, WAN optimization, secure remote access.</li>\n<li>Cross-system change impact analysis against the configuration management database (CMDB) before any change advisory board.</li>\n<li>Pre-validation of material changes in the Integrated Test Environment (ITE) before production deployment.</li>\n<li>Network performance and availability metrics feeding the live Performance Dashboard.</li>\n<li>Coordination with the Cybersecurity Lead on every change with ATO boundary implications.</li>\n<li>Workforce: network engineers, systems administrators, Tier 1–3 help desk.</li>\n<li>Standing seat on the Integration Review cycle and Joint Change Advisory Board.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Required qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active CCNP certification (CCNP Enterprise or higher preferred).</li>\n<li>Active Security+ certification (DoD 8140 / 8570 IAT Level 2 baseline) — required for privileged access per RFP C-12.2.</li>\n<li>10+ years network engineering and operations leadership in distributed federal environments.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise platforms (ERP, financial systems, POS) at multi-site scale.</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ITIL v4 incident, change, and problem management.</li>\n<li>S. citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain the appropriate background investigation level.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Preferred qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>CCIE or equivalent senior-level network certification.</li>\n<li>Cloud networking certifications (AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer, or equivalent).</li>\n<li>Active or recent Secret clearance (likely required at the task order level for network roles touching DoD-connected systems).</li>\n<li>Prior NAF or Navy network operations experience.</li>\n<li>SD-WAN / SASE deployment experience at distributed-installation scale.</li>\n</ul>",
