This executive position demands strategic vision, operational expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to drive the business unit's growth, profitability, and overall success. Our Intelligence &amp; Cyber Solutions business unit supports multi-disciplined intelligence operations. We provide intelligence analysis, open-source data collection, ISR and Digital ISR, offensive cyber, Title III support to law enforcement, data science and AI/ML applications, and foreign language processing for over 300 languages and dialects.&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Job Duties</u></strong></p><ul><li>Provide leadership, purpose, and direction to the business unit's management team.</li><li>Develop and implement the business unit's strategic plan aligned with the corporate goals and objectives.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion and revenue growth across both the product and services market spaces.</li><li>Oversee the formulation and execution of campaign growth plans that support the overall corporate strategy.</li><li>Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations, including production, sales, and customer service.</li><li>Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions as needed to achieve business objectives.</li><li>Develop and manage the business unit’s budget, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.</li><li>Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.</li><li>Oversee financial forecasting, risk management, and cost control measures.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages high performance and employee engagement.</li><li>Mentor and develop the management team and key staff within the business unit.</li><li>Implement effective succession planning and talent development programs.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.</li><li>Act as the primary representative of the business unit in external engagements and negotiations.</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.</li><li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the business unit.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.</li><li>Encourage a culture of innovation and creativity among team members.</li></ul>",
