Responsibilities include client account management, supporting business development, project management, and development of direct reports.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>How you can make an impact:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects while meeting all project quality and budget objectives.</li>\n <li>Interact with clients to seek input and address their needs and concerns with respect to the project(s) study scope of work.</li>\n <li>Lead a team of electrical engineers to perform ERCOT IBR modeling tasks and NERC PRC-0.29 study.</li>\n <li>Develop and grow the capabilities of engineers within the team and the larger organization.</li>\n <li>Perform advanced and specialized studies of the power grid utilizing industry standard analysis platforms such as PSS/e, PLSF, TSAT and PSCAD.</li>\n <li>Lead process improvement efforts identifying opportunities to enhance organizational efficiencies focused on maximizing team bandwidth while ensuring quality and timeliness of client deliverables.</li>\n <li>Support business development activities including development of RFP responses & scope of work statements for clients, outlining EPE deliverables and projected completion dates.</li>\n <li>Experience leveraging AI and automation tools responsibly to improve quality, productivity and innovation under experience (bring your passion section. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient with all least one of the power system analysis software: PSSE, PSCAD, TSAT and PSLF</li>\n <li>Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering with power system emphasis.</li>\n <li>Wide range of experience with ERCOT modeling requirements and procedures. </li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years (in excess of degree requirements) * of working experience in the power system industry with at least 2 years of working in a supervisory role.</li>\n <li>Proven knowledge of power system and IBR modeling </li>\n <li>Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly with respect to explaining technical matters.</li>\n <li>Have high standards on producing quality reports and products that he/she shall own with pride.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Lead the change! </strong></p>\n<p>Be a part of an innovative team shaping the grid of the future through advanced energy intelligence.
