And we have a culture of service and support that puts customer satisfaction first.</p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" id=\"isPasted\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p><p>The Inside Sales Representative will assist the branch in communicating with customers, entering orders, troubleshooting issues and other various administrative duties.</p></td></tr><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p><strong>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Source new sales growth opportunities through inbound lead follow up, proactive calls and emails.&nbsp;</li><li>Record, track, and follow up on quotes/estimates.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in greeting customers and aiding with recommendations of product type, quality, and quantity of merchandise sought for purchase.&nbsp;</li><li>Compute charges for merchandise or services and handles payments in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Assisting in corporate inventory controls.&nbsp;</li><li>Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.</li><li>Assist branch in administrative functions such as recordkeeping, billing, time and attendance, accounting functions and communication with corporate departments.</li><li>Perform other functions as required.</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)</li><li>Strong phone etiquette and experience dialing multiple calls per day</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (At least 1 year required)</li><li>At least 5 years of sales experience preferred (Inside or Outside)</li><li>High sense of urgency in regards to deadlines</li><li>Self reliance, lack of supervision required in daily tasks&nbsp;</li><li>Willingness to reach out to potential or existing customers with a helpful attitude &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Must be willing to work rotating Saturdays</li><li>Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical if applicable</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship</li></ul><p><strong>*The expected hourly range for this role is $22-$31 an hour.
