As a CRT/RRT you will work under the direction and authorization of the Medical Director and Cardiopulmonary Director/Manager.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift’s Available: </strong>Nights</p>\n<p><strong>Employment Type: </strong>per diem/PRN</p>\n<p><strong>Hours: </strong>12-hour shift: 7:00p - 7:00a</p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Riverview Regional Medical Center, Gadsden, AL</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>Here are some of the benefits of working at Prime Healthcare: </em></strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive compensation  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical insurance benefit plan </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>401K  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will provide treatments such as inhalation therapies, oxygen therapy, and aerosol medications to help patients breathe more easily </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct tests like pulmonary function tests and arterial blood gas analysis to assess lung capacity and gas exchange in patients </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Set up, monitor, and adjust ventilators and other life-supporting equipment for patients who cannot breathe independently </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>May be part of a rapid response team in emergencies, which you will provide airway management, perform intubations, and resuscitate patients in critical situations </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assess patients' respiratory status, monitor their progress, and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure that all respiratory equipment is properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained to prevent infections and ensure patient safety </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Training</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers.
