font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline;\"><span>Key Responsibilities: </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Maintain heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in commercial and industrial applications. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical components of these systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Travel to job sites in service area; work with Service Coordinators to ensure schedule is maintained.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Maintain good working order of company vehicle including having proper parts, tools and safety equipment in the vehicle.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         All other duties as assigned.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Experience and Qualifications: </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"></span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Must be dependable with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Minimum 5-7 years of experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of diverse commercial and industrial HVAC systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Ability to read electrical and pneumatic control schematics and O&amp;M manuals to determine proper sequence of operations.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Thorough understanding of the A/C refrigeration circuit and its components with the ability to troubleshoot and repair them.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Good analytical skills with a high attention to detail.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Excellent customer service skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\">·         Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure with the flexibility to adjust to changing situations and a commitment to                    getting the job done correctly the first time.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
