This position oversees a full Health Unit and Triage building, manages RNs, LPNs, MAs, and the contractor-provided Athletic Trainer(s).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Artesia, New Mexico</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Core Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as Contractor POC with FLETC Government at the Artesia, NM training delivery point</li><li>Manage all health unit staff (RNs, LPNs, MAs, Athletic Trainers) and daily operations at the Artesia site</li><li>Ensure proper staffing for peak hours, simultaneous emergency response capability, and all training day requirements</li><li>Submit designation letter with contact numbers and area of responsibility to CO and COR at or before pre-performance conference</li><li>Oversee Medical Surveillance Program (MSP) for FLETC staff and detailees at Artesia</li><li>Ensure CLIA waiver compliance for all point-of-care testing at Artesia (New Mexico Health Care Authority requirement)</li><li>Manage the health unit formulary, medication inventory, and supply chain at Artesia</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely OSHA recordkeeping (OSHA 300, 300A, 301)</li><li>Ensure Athletic Trainer(s) maintain valid New Mexico licensure and operate under physician supervision</li><li>Ensure all documentation and EMR entries are completed in the SASS system in SOAP note format</li><li>Coordinate with the PM at Glynco on staffing, performance issues, and contract deliverables</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p>",
