          "text": "<p>The <strong>Site Supervisor</strong> is responsible for overseeing all on-site activities to ensure that work is executed in accordance with contractual requirements, project timelines, budgets, and QHSE standards.           "text": "<p><strong>Guidance &amp; Personnel Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide clear leadership to on-site teams by communicating work schedules, safety protocols, and project requirements.</li><li>Supervise both internal personnel and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, on time, and within budget.</li><li>Monitor and review performance, and escalate issues when necessary to maintain high quality standards.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Operational &amp; Service Oversight:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with the Account Manager to develop and implement work plans and schedules.</li><li>Monitor project progress, manage change requests, and follow up on deviations and claims.</li><li>Ensure that on-site activities conform to contractual and budgetary requirements.</li><li>Provide hands-on assistance as a fitter or welder when necessary to support critical on-site operations.</li><li>Assist in resolving technical issues by performing mechanical or welding tasks as required.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Compliance &amp; Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, internal policies, and external regulations.</li><li>Review and ensure that risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are up-to-date and followed.</li><li>Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders (e.g., Account Managers, HSE, Site Support teams) and external parties (e.g., clients, subcontractors).</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</strong></p><ul><li>Achievement of project timelines and adherence to budgets.</li><li>High compliance with QHSE standards and reduced safety incidents.</li><li>Effective resolution of on-site technical and operational issues.</li><li>Positive feedback from clients and internal stakeholders regarding site performance.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experiences:</strong></p><ul><li>Technical diploma in Mechanical or Maintenance.</li><li>5+ years’ experience in site supervision or field service within a large industrial environment.</li><li>Proven experience in contractor coordination and QHSE management.</li><li>Experience in working in a matrix organization.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard project management tools.</li><li>Fluent in the local language and English, another language is a plus.</li><li>Experience in maintenance/assembly in international mechanical or plant engineering, preferably waste -to-energy plants</li><li>Experience in pipeline construction</li><li>Experience in boiler construction</li><li>Implementation of pipeline construction on the basis of pipeline planning in 3D programs and pipe isometric</li><li>Knowledge of at least 2 welding processes</li><li>Good product knowledge</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong awareness of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) management system and commitment to safe work practices.</li><li>Solution-oriented, proactive, and reliable.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and relay information.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high degree of vigilance to detect and report abnormal situations.</li><li>Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities, maintaining team cohesion and motivation.</li><li>Willingness to travel 100% and at all sites.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p>This job description is indicative and not exhaustive.
