In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments.  You will be responsible for accurate and timely invoicing and posting of the motor vehicle sales into the system with direct supervision. Do the right thing, every time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Gain</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive benefits including health insurance, paid holidays, and PTO (paid time off)</li>\n <li>Continuing education to provide you the opportunity to develop your full potential and be a true business partner</li>\n <li>Access to an expansive network of mentors and networking opportunities</li>\n <li>Top quality technology to assist in your daily responsibilities to allow for more efficiencies to deliver outstanding customer service</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Review and process Daily Vehicle Invoicing</li>\n <li>Review and post daily journal entries for vehicle sales</li>\n <li>Vehicle costing analysis and review</li>\n <li>Vehicle profit analysis review and comparison</li>\n <li>Accrual processing for pending costs</li>\n <li>Reconcile customer PO’s to internal sales documents</li>\n <li>Finance points revenue recognition</li>\n <li>Review applicable fees (sales tax, DMV, etc.)</li>\n <li>Review and follow up with sales representatives and service department on pending items</li>\n <li>Provide billing reports to management</li>\n <li>Provide general accounting support as needed, including audit.
