Our flexible and inclusive work culture provides you with the autonomy, resources, and opportunities to succeed. </p>\n<h2>Position Description</h2>\n<p>We are looking for an execution-oriented Program Manager / Delivery Lead to drive complex enterprise Data Products and AI-enabled platform initiatives for one of Bridgenext’s strategic clients in the financial services and insurance industry. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, operational delivery role responsible for driving day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, governance forums, and delivery workstreams. The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with domain knowledge in enterprise data platforms, AI / GenAI delivery, audit and risk workflows, and regulated financial services operations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This individual will work closely with client stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure successful delivery of strategic data platforms, AI-enabled audit workflows, and enterprise data products — with clear ownership of timelines, scope, dependencies, governance, and outcomes. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Program & Project Delivery\n  <ul>\n   <li>Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Data Products and AI-enabled platform initiatives</li>\n   <li>Manage timelines, scope, dependencies, risks, RAID logs, governance, and execution plans</li>\n   <li>Coordinate across engineering, architecture, QA, product, business, and data teams</li>\n   <li>Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, delivery tracking, and release management</li>\n   <li>Ensure alignment between business priorities and technical execution</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Stakeholder & Governance Management\n  <ul>\n   <li>Facilitate daily standups, sprint reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reviews</li>\n   <li>Manage stakeholder expectations across business, audit, risk, compliance, and technology teams</li>\n   <li>Drive cross-functional issue resolution and decision-making</li>\n   <li>Ensure timely approvals, UAT coordination, and production readiness activities </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Data Products Delivery\n  <ul>\n   <li>Manage delivery of enterprise data product initiatives including Common Data Models (CDM), Medallion architectures (Bronze / Silver / Gold), and Delta Lake-based platforms</li>\n   <li>Oversee data quality, governance, and data contract / SLA frameworks</li>\n   <li>Coordinate CI/CD and pipeline operationalization with data engineering and analytics teams</li>\n   <li>Ensure data products are delivered in a scalable, governed, and analytics-ready manner</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>AI & Audit Platform Delivery\n  <ul>\n   <li>Drive execution of AI-enabled audit workflows and orchestration platforms</li>\n   <li>Coordinate delivery across AI-assisted document ingestion, risk identification and control mapping, audit report copilots, and workflow orchestration engines</li>\n   <li>Manage delivery of MCP / integration frameworks, shared context stores, and enterprise integrations</li>\n   <li>Ensure delivery aligns with audit, compliance, and governance requirements</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Delivery Operations\n  <ul>\n   <li>Manage offshore / onshore delivery coordination and capacity planning</li>\n   <li>Track sprint velocity, delivery KPIs, and milestone completion</li>\n   <li>Ensure testing, quality gates, defect management, and deployment readiness</li>\n   <li>Support hypercare, stabilization, and transition activities post go-live </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Workplace: </strong>Toronto, ON. On-site presence required multiple days per week for governance and stakeholder collaboration</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Must Have Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum of 8 years of program / project management experience in enterprise technology delivery</li>\n <li>Strong experience managing Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or enterprise platform programs</li>\n <li>Experience delivering programs within financial services, insurance, audit, risk, or compliance domains</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional team coordination</li>\n <li>Experience managing large enterprise stakeholders and formal governance processes</li>\n <li>Hands-on familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, DLT pipelines) at a conceptual / delivery level</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of AI / GenAI delivery patterns and orchestration frameworks</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity</li>\n <li>Ability to operate effectively across technical and business teams </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience delivering Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Contract / SLA frameworks</li>\n <li>Exposure to audit and risk platforms, controls automation, or compliance technology</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem programs and enterprise integration / orchestration platforms</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating CI/CD and DevOps delivery across data and application workstreams</li>\n <li>Certifications: PMP / PgMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, Databricks fundamentals, or Cloud certifications </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Professional Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Solid written, verbal, and presentation communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong team and individual player, collaborative by nature </li>\n <li>Maintains composure during high-pressure delivery situations</li>\n <li>High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results </li>\n <li>Self-sufficient and independent, requiring very little supervision or intervention </li>\n <li>Demonstrates flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address delivery challenges  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Bridgenext is an Equal Opportunity Employer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Canadian citizens and those authorized to work in Canada are encouraged to apply</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Bridgenext provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as described above. The current salary range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 CAD annually.
