Join us and discover what the best work of your career could look like at CBS.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location</strong>: \"2\" Alexandria & Falls Church, VA</p>\n<p><strong>Hours</strong>: 6:00am - 2:30pm (Monday - Friday) </p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong>: $25 - $27</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>( Mileage paid ) </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform preventative and general maintenance on a scheduled basis</li>\n <li>Conduct daily building/equipment tours and maintenance : RTU's/AC/VAV Boxes</li>\n <li>Miscellaneous : ceiling tiles, lights, bathrooms</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n <li>Driver's License </li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years' experience commercial building maintenance</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC and plumbing</li>\n <li>Ability to perform preventive maintenance on various types of equipment</li>\n <li>Dependable and reliable</li>\n</ul>\n<p>                                                                        </p>\n<p>EOE, including disability/veterans</p>\n<p>IND123</p>",
