    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Location: 3/2 Hybrid - Office locations in Tampa, FL, Cranberry, PA or Erie, PA</p>\n<p>Job Type: Direct Hire</p>\n<p>Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The A.C.Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a full-time <strong>Lead</strong> <strong>Azure Infrastructure Engineer</strong> role.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Strategic & Operational Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure-based infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements</li>\n <li>Oversee daily operations of integrated cloud and on-premises components, including servers, networking, and security infrastructure</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain architecture documentation, standards, and best practices for cloud and hybrid environments</li>\n <li>Plan, design, and implement future technology initiatives, updating documentation as needed</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)</li>\n <li>Safeguard assets by identifying and resolving security issues and implementing robust security controls across Azure environments</li>\n <li>Monitor, analyze, and optimize resource usage, performance, and costs using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights</li>\n <li>Support CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code practices, and automation initiatives using Azure DevOps, ARM templates, PowerShell, and related tools</li>\n <li>Maintain and update network topology and operational procedures documentation</li>\n <li>Appropriately prioritize IT projects and day-to-day operations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Leadership & Team Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead, mentor, and provide performance feedback to the cloud infrastructure team</li>\n <li>Delegate responsibilities and empower team members to achieve strategic goals efficiently</li>\n <li>Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development</li>\n <li>Educate staff on technology trends and their strategic value to the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategic Planning & Innovation</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute to strategic technology planning and direction of projects</li>\n <li>Stay current with technology developments in cloud, infrastructure, and the broader IT industry, implementing new solutions to improve efficiency</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field</li>\n <li>Minimum 10 years of infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in Azure cloud environments</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Application Gateway, and Azure Networking (VNETs, NSGs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, etc.)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, ARM, Bicep, Terraform)</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of cloud security, identity management (Azure AD, RBAC), and compliance</li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring and logging tools in Azure</li>\n <li>Proficient in Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, testing and disaster recovery</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to build scalable technology infrastructure and successfully execute technology projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate)</li>\n <li>Experience with hybrid cloud environments and on-premises integration</li>\n <li>Familiarity with containerization (AKS, Docker) and microservices architecture</li>\n <li>Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks</li>\n <li>Current Microsoft, Cisco, and/or VMware certification</li>\n</ul>",
