    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Position Overview:</strong></span></h3><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The <strong>Director of Product Portfolio Management</strong> is a senior management role responsible for leading the strategic direction, performance, and optimization of the established product portfolios for each business unit throughout the product lifecycle (from new product introduction to EOL). This leader will manage and mentor a team of product resources focused on maximizing the performance of the product portfolio and ensuring the portfolio is aligned with business objectives, market needs, and financial targets. This role will also execute process improvement projects across various functions within the Business Unit.&nbsp;</span></p><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Key Responsibilities:</span></h3><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development:</strong><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior product leaders to drive strategic execution and innovation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Work closely with supporting groups across the organization including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Ensure alignment between product strategy and organizational capabilities.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Product Performance Improvement</strong><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Perform competitive benchmarking (markets, costs, prices, availability)</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Perform product performance analysis (rev/margin/vol/customers/markets) from product line to sku level and execute actions to improve performance metrics including (rev/margin/volume/customers) by product line.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Determine optimal product pricing considering competitive factors</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Evaluate and determine optimal sales channels (in collaboration with sales channel teams)</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Contribute to improving customer experience&nbsp;</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Product Data Management/Enhancement:</strong><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Maintain and update all product data/specs used to market all existing products</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Develop product data to support cross-brand and solution selling, alternative product options, etc.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Product Marketing and Promotion</strong><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Collaborate with marketing to promote products and their applications, develop product description to maximize SEO, AEO, PPC, and identify solution options.</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Product Technical Sales Support:&nbsp;</strong><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Provide product training to all sales functions including: Customer Service, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Inside Technial Sales, Field Technical sales resources, and Distributors.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Engage directly with customers to provide technical support as needed</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Project Management</strong><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Drive improvements in overall processes within the portfolio and across the business unit to enhance efficiencies</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Work with other functional leaders and across the overall business to identify areas for change, driving meaningful and measurable improvements within the Product, Portfolio and Sales organizations</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Product EOL and Inventory Optimization</strong><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;
