You will be responsible for making sure they don't just join the app, but also stay active and contribute to the community.</span> <br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Daily Goals</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Success in this role is all about consistency. To reach your targets, you will need to stay active every day:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Message Outreach:</span> Start conversations and chat with at least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">100 people</span> every day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Phone Outreach:</span> Follow up with at least <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">10 calls</span> every day to help users and partners get started.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Recruitment:</span> Identify and onboard high-value <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">New Users</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Talent Agencies</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Individual Hosts</span>.</span></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Monthly Performance Targets</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">We have a clear path for your growth.
