Assist and provide the direction and support to achieve budget goals.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Work closely with all department managers to achieve maximum sales and customer satisfaction within their department.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Responsible for working closely with all manufacturers and suppliers to meet and comply with all contracts and agreements and the marketing and sales programs as needed or required.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Responsible for the hiring, the dismissals, training, development, and performance evaluations of all employees working closely with department managers in evaluating and improving employee performance.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Maintain contact with customers to improve communications in what is needed for improvements in customer service and that all customer issues and concerns are handled positively.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Closely monitor inventory stocking levels taking advantage of buying programs to increase profitability as well as controlling shrinkage and inventory expenses.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Work closely with accounting staff in accounts payable processing as well as direct involvement in all accounts receivable and credit issues and needs.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Ensure compliance with all company business policies, procedures, and safety regulations.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <p><strong>What We Will Be Needing From You:</strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n </div>\n <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>Knowledge of agriculture, especially farming and ranching.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Inventory Management.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Motivate people.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Sales ability.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Prior dealership management experience preferred.&nbsp;</li>\n  </ul>\n  <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n   <p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n  </div>\n  <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n   <ul>\n    <li>Bachelor's degree in business management or agriculture field.&nbsp;</li>\n   </ul>\n  </div>\n </div>\n</div>",
