  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Design and analysis of waterline, pumping and storage facilities and sewer collection systems</li><li><!--block-->Hydraulics and Hydrology experience is desirable</li><li><!--block-->Prepare studies, reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of water resources projects</li><li><!--block-->System modeling and evaluation</li><li><!--block-->Support project managers with client relations, stakeholder management, and sub-consultant coordination</li><li><!--block-->Interface with clients including state and local agencies</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate and conduct meetings with project stakeholders</li><li><!--block-->Coordinate with office management and other project managers to share resources</li><li><!--block-->Assist in proposal preparation including oral presentations.   "skills_knowledge_expertise": "<ul><li><!--block-->Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited program in civil engineering&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Experience and relationships with municipalities, water agencies, tribes and flood control agencies are highly preferred.</li><li><!--block-->Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD or other water system modeling, 2D Modeling, and other applicable software</li><li><!--block-->Expertise in hydrologic and hydraulic software, including HEC-1, HEC-2, HEC-RAS, Flow2d, etc.</li><li><!--block-->Solid organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li><!--block-->Ability to interact with clients and multi-discipline team members.</li><li><!--block-->Willingness to work on projects locally or in workshare with other offices</li><li><!--block-->Possess a proven history of meeting project deadlines and budgets</li><li><!--block-->Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills</li><li><!--block-->Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li><!--block-->Minimum 2-4 years of water system, sewer collection or hydraulics design experience</li><li><!--block-->Experience in managing technical staff and project teams is desirable&nbsp;</li><li><!--block-->Ability to manage several projects concurrently</li></ul>",
