    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities & Qualifications</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior Computer Scientist (Contract PM)</strong> to join our team supporting the FBI’s Counterterrorism Division. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Eight years of relevant experience in Computer Science</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the following: Scoping, Planning, and Completing full lifecycle engineering projects</li>\n <li>Manage development and implementation of projects assigned to contractor staff.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate expert knowledge in one (1) or more of the following areas:</li>\n <li>User interface/User experience (UI/UX)</li>\n <li>Front-end engineering, API development</li>\n <li>Data Engineering</li>\n <li>Four years of relevant Program Management experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science<strong> </strong>preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Top Secret Security Clearance and must submit to a Full Scope polygraph examination</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Managing, communicating and contributing to enterprise architecture efforts, engineering trade-off analysis and feasibility studies, proof-of-concept prototypes to explore technical implementation options and issues, engineering reviews, technical design and implementation bringing commercial best practices to bear. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate a high level of proficiency as a Program/Project Manager (P/PM) with Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC)-P/PM and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. </li>\n <li>Plans and leads major technology assignments. </li>\n <li>Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. </li>\n <li>Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
