font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Graduate of an accredited medical school</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Completion of an approved residency program in Family Medicine</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Board eligibility required; board certification preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">DEA certification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Current COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience in ambulatory primary care or community health preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Scope of Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Clinical:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Provide routine and preventive care, including physical exams and screenings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Conduct follow-up visits for patients referred to specialists</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Educate patients on health maintenance and ongoing care</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Participate in emergency call coverage rotation, including weekends and holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct at all times</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Productivity:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain productivity levels in accordance with BPHC grant standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Meet targets for patient encounters and visits per patient annually</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Record-Keeping &amp;
