Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).</span></li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family: initial;color:black;background:white;\"><span style='font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Basic Life Support (BLS).&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family: initial;color:black;background:white;\"><span style='font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Shall have a professional background that includes experience with Department of Defense, Special Operations, Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement or similar. Professional background in this area does not need to be as a psychologist.</span></li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family: initial;color:black;background:white;\"><span style='font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:13px;color:black;'>Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any State, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.</span></li><li style=\"margin:0in;font-size:15px;font-family: initial;color:black;background:white;\"><span style='font-size:13px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>The candidate shall have an active TOP SECRET (SCI) security clearance based on a single scope background investigation (SSBI) with eligibility for sensitive compartment information (SCI) [Yankee White] at the time of hire and throughout the life of the contract.
