    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">The Service Technician&rsquo;s primary responsibilities include performing all warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work. It is Service Technician&rsquo;s responsibility to comply with all policies and repair procedures and to notify the Shop Foreman or Management of any and all exceptions. Customer satisfaction is a direct reflection of your personal work habits and ethics. As a Service Technician, the responsibility of customer satisfaction falls into the categories of completing the job correctly, cleanly, honestly, and on time for every service visit.</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Maintain a high level of product knowledge, technical knowledge, and practical skills through the study of technical manuals and bulletins, classroom training, communication with factory service representatives and actual hands-on experience.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Quality check and/or road test the work performed on every vehicle with a repair.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Keep shop equipment in safe operating condition. This includes cleaning and returning special tools in good condition.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or its customers.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Maintain work areas to be free from trash, debris, old parts, clutter, spills, or any other unsightly or hazardous materials.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; While working on any car, it must be kept clean and protected to the best possible manner; return all settings and stations to the customer&rsquo;s original preference.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; All lot damage must be reported to management immediately.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Follow all company rules, policies, and guidelines as outlined in the Employee handbook.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; High school diploma or the equivalent.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Ability to confront and resolve difficult customer service situations.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Demonstrated customer service skills.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull; General knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle mechanical operations.</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
