    "description": "<p>We are hiring for an Install Apprentice to join our growing team in Onalaska, WI.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is an entry-level position where you’ll gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial fence, deck &amp; railing, landscape, and irrigation installation, as well as landscape-maintenance services, while learning from experienced crew leaders. Previous outdoor service experience preferred but not required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a first-year apprentice, you’ll also cross-train in all divisions when needed.
