          "text": "<p>Trupanion is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead in delivering software development and IT implementation projects from initiation through delivery, delivering exceptional business value.&#xa0;<br>\n&#xa0;<br>\nThe Project Manager will&#xa0;be responsible for&#xa0;planning, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of projects&#xa0;managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality. This role requires&#xa0;strong communication&#xa0;skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive alignment across technical and business teams.&#xa0;</p><p>The ideal candidate must be a results-oriented individual who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization.&#xa0;</p><p>This position is <strong>open to candidates in the Seattle area.</strong> You will have a hybrid remote/in-office schedule where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office <strong>at least 3 days a week.</strong>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Define project scope and work plans using standardized project management processes and reporting with activities, dates and resources, including time,&#xa0;budget&#xa0;and capacity management&#xa0;</li><li>Effectively&#xa0;identify&#xa0;and mitigate risks and issues; manage scope creep and change management&#xa0;</li><li>Actively communicate with other project teams to&#xa0;identify&#xa0;cross-dependencies and resolve roadblocks; results-oriented and ability to think strategically&#xa0;</li><li>Produce project management documentation, such as project plans/timelines, project requirements and success criteria, meeting materials and presentations, status reports, budget reports, and other project documentation&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of software or IT related Project Management experience&#xa0;</li><li>Professional certification such as&#xa0;PMP, CAPM,&#xa0;PRINCE2&#xa0; preferred&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Skills:&#xa0;&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience using JIRA,&#xa0;SharePoint, Microsoft Applications, Azure DevOps&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with&#xa0;industry regulations and working with a SDLC in an IT project environment&#xa0;</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with experience leading multiple projects with competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Self-starter with ability to build a strong rapport with resources across multiple functional areas.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to follow standard methodologies in relation to project management and delivery&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>The&#xa0;base&#xa0;salary range for this position is&#xa0;$90,000&#xa0;-$105,000, on a full-time schedule.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Along with base salary,&#xa0;Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses.&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>We want all employees to be invested in&#xa0;Trupanion’s&#xa0;success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members.
