This role offers hands‑on exposure to field investigations, data analysis, and technical reporting while working alongside experienced engineers on projects that shape safe, reliable transportation networks.</p><hr><p><strong>Your Impact</strong></p><p>You will:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Assist with analyzing pavement condition data, traffic information, and historical pavement performance to support surfacing strategies.</li><li>Support planning and coordination of site visits across multiple jurisdictions.</li><li>Participate in site visits to help collect pavement condition, geometric, and traffic volume data.</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of surfacing strategy reports in alignment with provincial specifications and requirements.</li><li>Support the development of technical reports, presentations, and project documentation.</li><li>Assist project managers with progress tracking and reporting.</li><li>Support the preparation of design drawings, specifications, and cost estimates under the guidance of licensed engineers.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary pavement engineering team members to help achieve project goals.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>The Skills That Set You Apart</strong></p><p>You bring:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Current enrollment in a civil, geotechnical, transportation engineering, or related university program.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with an interest in pavement engineering.</li><li>Very good technical report‑writing abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF‑xChange Editor; familiarity with CAD software is an asset.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>A well‑organized, enthusiastic approach suited to a fast‑paced consulting environment.</li><li>A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel short‑term within Canada for project work.</li><li>Commitment to participating in required training and adhering to WSP health and safety requirements.</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Why Choose WSP?</strong></p><p>Why Choose WSP?
