    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>Position:&nbsp;Process Engineer</span></p>\n<p><span>Duties: Responsible for supporting the Forming Team utilizing engineering techniques to reduce waste in the process, making decisions that are driven by data.&nbsp; Create and maintain Operator Work, Poke York Work, and Repair work instructions.&nbsp; Lead initiatives to reduce change over time by eliminating waste.&nbsp; Serve as Project Manager for approved improvement ideas in assigned area.&nbsp; Continuously improve by leading manufacturing improvements to achieve plant objectives.&nbsp; Initiate, plan, design, validate, document, communicate and train improvements to current process to ensure Safety, Quality, Production, and Customer Satisfaction.&nbsp; Create and maintain PFMEA form control document for the process of line that you are assigned to support.&nbsp; Support the processing, quoting, implementation, launching and maintaining of customer engineering changes.&nbsp; Support all fixture and process changes through both the design and approval phases.&nbsp; Work in a safe manner following all PPE guidelines and encourage others to do so as well.&nbsp; Part of team to drive a safety-first mentality in the plant.&nbsp; Be proactively involved with improving working conditions.&nbsp; Offer ideas for improvement of all systems through data analysis and help with the implementation of them.&nbsp; Support quality objectives/goals/problem solving.&nbsp; Support and direct to achieve 100% on-time delivery to customer.&nbsp; Target 0 PPM on parts for all our customers.&nbsp; Actively support full implementation of the 5S’s, using it to approach and keep all areas clean, neat and properly maintained.&nbsp; Actively involved with the Metalsa Model Practices and MOS Principle.&nbsp; Perform other duties/responsibilities at the Elizabethtown, KY facility, as needed.</span></p>\n<p><span>Location: Elizabethtown, KY</span></p>\n<p><span>Minimum Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Education: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span>Experience: 3 months of experience in the job offered, or in forming manufacture engineering position within the automotive chassis frame industry.&nbsp; Experience must include supporting new platform implementation teams with analysis and decision making.&nbsp; Must have hands-on experience participating in exploration, business analysis and implementation of technologies that improve process competitiveness.&nbsp; Experience can be gained concurrently.&nbsp; Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:3in\">&nbsp;</p>",
