About the Opportunity The HR Data Analyst supports the Talent and Culture organization by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to inform strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. This role partners across HR and University leadership to deliver actionable insights, enhance reporting capabilities, and support key initiatives through data analytics and visualization. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, the HR Data Analyst plays a critical role in advancing data-informed practices, ensuring data integrity, and supporting WVU’s modernization and ERP initiatives.
