This role focuses on understanding organizational structure, operations, and strategic objectives, ensuring technology solutions support and enhance business outcomes. The product owner is responsible for identifying business needs, translating requirements into cost‑effective IT solutions, and guiding initiatives through the full project lifecycle. The Product Owner supports both IT and operational teams through analysis, solution design, prioritization, project and change management.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Business Stakeholders → <strong>Product Owner</strong> → Business Analyst → Development Team</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Preferred Experience Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written business communications. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong sense of business understanding and urgency.</li>\n <li>Experience in support and the ability to operate in Agile / Scrum methodology.</li>\n <li>Stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and ability to prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Experience in defining product vision and managing product roadmap.</li>\n <li>7+ years of experience as a Product Owner. You have a successful track record of delivering high value IT products to the business</li>\n <li>Able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Experience in serving as a subject matter expert for applications</li>\n <li>Experience in leading and managing projects until completion</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Define Product Vision and Strategy</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Working with the business to define the product vision and roadmap</li>\n <li>Drive business process improvements to align product with business strategy</li>\n <li>Ensure the development team understands the product vision and roadmap</li>\n <li>Build a strong partnership with the business to understand strategic plans, operational needs, and upcoming initiatives</li>\n <li>Facilitate early-stage project scoping, including business objectives, requirements, and high-level cost/benefit considerations</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Stakeholder Management and Prioritization of Initiatives</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Project management. Create project plan, project charter and provide project update to business stakeholders and senior leaders.
