    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.</li>\n <li>Use the 1PS Schedule to understand ‘what’ needs to be done, and the Production Schedule is the ‘how’ to meet the requirement by product and cell&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Create the Work packages from the 1PS, manage hours with capacity. Post in the lab and work with area leads to ensure alignment and attainment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work with Material Planner for CTB and SITE 1PS Planner to sequence production orders to maximize skillsets, demand alignment and throughput.</li>\n <li>Balance customer demand, inventory levels, skillset availability, and production capacity with the OPL.</li>\n <li>Adjust schedules in response to material shortages, machine downtime, priority changes, or operational disruptions.</li>\n <li>Release and monitor work orders.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain cell/operation capability matrix</li>\n <li>Majority of time to be spent in the lab/operations ensuring the schedules are met</li>\n <li>Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate labor, equipment, and material resources to ensure efficient production operations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Recommend scheduling, line balancing, and workflow improvements to increase output, reduce idle time, and optimize production flow.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with Material Planning, Purchasing, and Inventory teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and uninterrupted production operations.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor inventory levels, support cycle count activities, and maintain inventory accuracy to prevent shortages, excess stock, and material discrepancies.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Communicate production schedules, priorities, and risks to cross-functional teams, collaborating with procurement, quality, maintenance, logistics, and leadership to ensure on-time customer deliveries.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Monitor production performance and schedule adherence, generate KPI reports and dashboards, and analyze trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment.
