This role supports store operations by performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep of outdoor equipment and property.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Bosselman Pump & Pantry has many benefits to offer you that you will not find anywhere else like:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Employee discounts on food and fuel</li>\n <li>Vacation after six months</li>\n <li>401K and matching contributions</li>\n <li>Health, dental and vision insurance</li>\n <li>Short and long term disability insurance</li>\n <li>Life insurance</li>\n <li>A clearly defined path for growth</li>\n <li>On-demand pay with PayActiv (access to earned but not yet paid wages)</li>\n <li>And much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Bosselman Pump & </strong><strong>Pantry offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:</strong></p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Paints interior and exterior surfaces as directed.</li>\n <li>Inspects the facility and notify management of needed major repairs, safety hazards, or issues involving lighting, heating, ventilation, or structural concerns.</li>\n <li>Operates power equipment such as power washers, lawn mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, and related tools.</li>\n <li>Maintains the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the Pump & Pantry grounds, including parking lots, sidewalks, fuel islands, trash areas, and landscaping.</li>\n <li>Completes assigned daily/shift worklists and submit documentation to the General Manager.</li>\n <li>Ensures all cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked, labeled, and stored according to company and OSHA standards.</li>\n <li>Follows all company safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and safe operation of tools and equipment.</li>\n <li>Provides friendly, competent customer service when interacting with customers or assisting store staff.</li>\n <li>Reports to work on time and maintain reliable attendance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Job Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists with snow removal, ice melt application, and seasonal outdoor tasks.</li>\n <li>Supports store staff with light indoor maintenance tasks as needed.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>General maintenance, groundskeeping, custodial, or facility upkeep experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Experience using power tools, lawn equipment, or maintenance equipment is helpful.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age of older. </li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable to drive company or personal vehicles for work tasks.</li>\n <li>Must possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.</li>\n <li>Must be adaptable and able to adjust to changing priorities or weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.</li>\n <li>Must be well-groomed and properly attired according to company standards.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and varied shifts as needed.</li>\n <li>Must have reliable transportation and a working phone.</li>\n <li>Must be able to communicate in English (if applicable).</li>\n <li>Able and willing to provide friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.</li>\n <li>Able to work cooperatively with other team members and management.</li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong>  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Pump Maintenance Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
