This role is responsible for overseeing field execution, coordinating crews, maintaining project standards, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, fixture installation experience, and the ability to manage teams in fast-paced retail environments while traveling to project locations as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working in the field and supporting successful project delivery across multiple sites.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Travel to assigned project locations to oversee fixture installation and retail remodel activities</li>\n <li>Supervise field crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans</li>\n <li>Lead overnight and/or project-specific installation shifts as required</li>\n <li>Monitor daily progress and help keep projects on schedule and within scope</li>\n <li>Coordinate with project managers, clients, store personnel, and field teams throughout each project</li>\n <li>Identify and resolve field issues quickly and professionally</li>\n <li>Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all phases of installation</li>\n <li>Support compliance with safety policies, procedures, and company expectations</li>\n <li>Track project completion milestones and provide regular updates to leadership</li>\n <li>Maintain organization of materials, tools, equipment, and work areas</li>\n <li>Assist with crew planning, productivity management, and project turnover activities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in fixture installation, retail remodels, merchandising resets, or construction supervision required</li>\n <li>Experience leading crews in a superintendent, foreman, team lead, or similar leadership role preferred</li>\n <li>Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments</li>\n <li>Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible schedules based on project requirements</li>\n <li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret project plans, scopes of work, and installation drawings</li>\n <li>Comfortable working in active retail and construction environments</li>\n <li>Dependable, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A hands-on leader who can motivate crews and drive project execution</li>\n <li>Someone who takes ownership of field operations and project outcomes</li>\n <li>A professional who communicates effectively with clients, store teams, and project leadership</li>\n <li>A candidate who values safety, urgency, quality, and teamwork</li>\n <li>An individual who enjoys travel and thrives in dynamic project environments</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<p>$23–$26 per hour, depending on experience</p>\n<p>Travel-related expenses, per diem, and lodging assistance may be provided based on project requirements.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project Schedule</strong></p>\n<p>This is a travel-based, project-driven position with assignments at various locations throughout the region.
