Ensures that personnel and safety issues are given priority to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. Implements and enforces safety management policy and procedures regarding the facility: safety information, hazard analysis, safe operations/Maintenance Training, subcontractor compliance, plant integrity, work permits, emergency planning, and response. &nbsp;</span></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;margin:0in;'><strong><span style=\"color:black;\">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style='margin-right:0in;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:\"Calibri\",sans-serif;margin:0in;'><strong><span style=\"color:black;\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;\"><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Perform a variety of technical assignments involving the installation, operation, testing, and maintenance of string and central solar inverter and/or BESS Systems, PCS, batteries, and ancillary equipment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;color:#333333;background:white;\">Perform general troubleshooting and diagnosis under Sungrow&rsquo;s maintenance and repair guidelines.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">As needed, support and perform pre-commissioning (with and without grid emulator) and commissioning of solar inverters and BESS systems &nbsp;within schedule and work plans&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Additionally, for those on O&amp;M capacity, perform Preventive Maintenance and other Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) activities per the contract&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Investigate solar plant issues such as DC array grid faults, inverter design issues, and utility grid transients. For BESS positions, these investigations may also involve SOC checks and module /component-level troubleshooting, replacement of electrical/electronic parts, SW version updates, etc.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Provide feedback to the engineering and project team on possible mechanical and electrical design improvements.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Lead upgrade/rework projects (software and hardware) in the field and interact with customers to explain the project&#39;s technical scope and manage work schedule and commitments.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;\">Work with customer SCADA engineers to set up systems communication and parameters involving Sungrow&rsquo;s controllers and F&amp;G systems as needed.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;color:black;\">Accurately describes troubleshooting sequences and procedures which they have observed</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;color:black;\">Identifies and documents basic mechanical and electrical issues and problems&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family:Calibri;color:black;\">Performs
