We are a career destination with nearly 6,000 colleagues who reflect the diversity of our community.  </p>\n<p>TMH is the region’s healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region’s only: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Level II Trauma Center</li>\n <li>Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center</li>\n <li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care</li>\n <li>Pediatric Intensive Care</li>\n <li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, four residency programs and nearly 40 affiliated physician practices.  </p>\n<h2>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Under direction of the Service Line Administrator, has 24-hour responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH) and the Structural Heart Service (SHS), and their effects on patient care. </li>\n <li>Is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a care system for structural heart patients and their families throughout the care continuum. </li>\n <li>Works both independently and in collaboration with the Structural Heart Co-Management Chair and other members of the health care team and the management staff. </li>\n <li>Is self-directed and self-motivated. </li>\n <li>Plans and conducts work with minimal direction, and reports work progress to the SLA and the Structural Heart Co-Management Council.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Reports To:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Service Line Administrator (SLA), Cardiology [JC: 009202]</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Supervises:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medicus Select (MS)/Medical Assistant [JC: 845604] </li>\n <li>MS/Licensed Practical Nurse [JC: 841074]</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in nursing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Educcation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in nursing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Experience: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Three (3) years of relevant job-related experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Two (2) years of relevant management experience. </li>\n <li>Structural heart experience. </li>\n <li>Program development experience.</li>\n <li> Performance improvement (PI) experience. </li>\n <li>Program management experience (including structural heart program staff supervision and program marketing). </li>\n <li>Expert clinical skills. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated clinical competency in cardiovascular nursing. </li>\n <li>Expert case management skills. </li>\n <li>Teaching skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Certification/License/Registry:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Current Florida RN license</li>\n <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification </li>\n <li>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>-</h2>\n<p><em>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
