The Impact You'll Make As a Lead/Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering on that promise, owning service execution across a portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. In this role, you are more than a problem-solver—you are a strategic partner. You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and customers to turn insights into action, anticipate challenges before they arise, and drive consistent, high-quality execution. From navigating supply variability to elevating service performance, you will help shape an experience that builds trust, strengthens partnerships, and supports our mission to transform the future of farming. What You’ll Be Responsible For Serve as the primary operational partner to Account Managers Act as a key point of contact for customers on service-related topics, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships Monitor customer KPIs and scorecards; identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions Proactively manage service risks related to inventory, demand variability, and supply constraints Lead resolution of escalations, deductions, and compliance issues Ensure adherence to retailer routing guides, vendor compliance standards, and operational requirements Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and Finance to improve service outcomes Support forecasting alignment and replenishment processes Drive process improvements to enhance service efficiency and consistency Support onboarding, item setup, and execution of new product launches What You Bring Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in CPG customer service, supply chain, order management or related field Experience supporting national or regional customer accounts Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes and service metrics Preferred Qualifications Experience working with major retailers or distributors Experience in fresh or perishable categories Experience influencing cross-functional partners Working at 80 Acres Farms At 80 Acres Farms , we believe taking care of our people is just as important as taking care of our plants.
