    "descriptionText": "Description\n\nArch Aerial, a leading drone services company, is seeking a talented Content Creator and Storyteller (Digital Marketing Specialist) to join our dynamic team. As the Content Creator and Storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and showcasing the exciting work we do through captivating cinematic videos, engaging social media content, and compelling blog and written collateral. The Content Creator and Storyteller (Digital Marketing Specialist) will report directly to the CEO on marketing objectives, projects, and deadlines. A specific educational requirement is not in effect for this position; we value experience, videography talent, integrity, and a strong work ethic more than a specific educational degree. This is an in office position, not remote , that is a salary position.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n Plan, shoot, and edit weekly storytelling cinematic videos highlighting the various services provided by Arch Aerial, including aerial inspections, mapping, surveying, and more.\n Manage the content creation process for social media platforms, utilizing photography and videography captured by employees during their operations. We are posting at minimum once per day on critical social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram).\n Develop and manage the company's blog, producing engaging articles and posts related to drone services, industry trends, case studies, and client success stories.\n Manage and improve company website, SEO, and Google Business listing postings.\n Shoot and edit quick turnaround vignettes and vlog style content at company industry marketing events (conferences, charity tournaments, etc.).\n Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google to reach potential clients effectively.\n Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather information and generate creative ideas that align with marketing objectives.\n Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.\n Create digital marketing collateral to support the sales team, including case studies and one sheet or multi page brochures for current and new service lines.\n Weekly executive summaries sent to the CEO outlining performance for the current week, previous quarter, and plans for the upcoming week.\n Take on additional tasks consistent with the position and contribute to the overall success of the marketing team.\n\n![](https://workablehr.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/photos/147567/d6510f7c8f0d90bde9da30a364d3feee.jpg)\n\n Requirements\n\n Proven experience in photography and cinematic videography, including shooting, editing, and post production techniques.\n A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling, with a strong understanding of cinematic techniques and composition.\n Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).\n Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and concise content across various platforms.\n Familiarity with social media platforms and their best practices for content creation, audience engagement, and growth.\n Experience managing a company blog and producing high quality written content.\n Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Google.\n Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.\n A passion for drones, technology, and the potential they hold in transforming industries.\n\n \n\nAt Arch Aerial, we believe in pushing boundaries, capturing stunning visuals, and telling compelling stories through our drone services.
