Administer, score, and interpret the assessment tools included in the curriculum.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Prepare the Family Nurturing Plan (FNP) with the family and provide parent education based on FNP.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Communicate regularly with other team members and outside agencies regarding participant needs and progress in order to ensure coordinated services best meet the family&rsquo;s needs.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box; font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Document and report findings and progress back to JFCS team and DCS.</span></li><li style=\"box-sizing: border-box;
