They ensure infrastructure services are secure, scalable, and cost-effective across all business units. The team leads modernization initiatives and continuously optimizes infrastructure performance. They collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, and application teams to integrate automation and security strategies. By championing automation and innovation, the team drives digital transformation and business continuity. Duties and accountabilities: This role sits within the Contracts, Vendor Management, PMO and Logistics team within the Infrastructure Engineering Unit. The Logistics and Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for the following: • Asset lifecycle management, shipment and logistics of network and infrastructure equipment. • Logistics coordination, tracking, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance. • Strengthen operational controls and ensure audit readiness. • Compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Shipments of kits and network equipment from HQ to COs via diplomatic pouch. • Effective coordination with vendors, freight agents, finance teams, and internal stakeholders across multiple concurrent workstreams. • Asset disposal and storage.
