    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overnight Supervisor – Dog Daycare &amp; Boarding</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span> Dog handling experience, overnight work experience, and/or management experience</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span><br>The Overnight Supervisor oversees all overnight operations of our dog daycare and boarding facility, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of all dogs in our care. This role supervises staff, manages nightly tasks, and ensures company procedures are followed while working under the Resort Director.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Split Shifts are available.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5:30 pm to 12:00 midnight</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">12:00 midnight to 6:30 am</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise overnight care for daycare, boarding, bathing, and enrichment programs</li>\n<li>Lead and support staff; provide coaching, feedback, and training</li>\n<li>Assign staff and coordinate nightly operations to ensure safe, efficient care</li>\n<li>Monitor dog health, behavior, feeding, and medication administration</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate reports (health, behavior, feeding, shift reports)</li>\n<li>Communicate updates and concerns with management and incoming shift leaders</li>\n<li>Ensure proper dog group assignments and safe handler-to-dog ratios</li>\n<li>Oversee facility cleanliness, safety, and inventory needs</li>\n<li>Respond to emergencies and coordinate veterinary care when needed</li>\n<li>Maintain positive relationships with team members and pet parents</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n<li>6+ months professional dog care experience preferred</li>\n<li>1–2 years customer service experience</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule &amp; Availability</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Part-time overnight position</li>\n<li>Must be available weekends and holidays</li>\n<li>Flexible schedule required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (indoors/outdoors)</li>\n<li>Lift 50–60 lbs regularly</li>\n<li>Work in varying weather conditions and a loud environment</li>\n<li>Perform cleaning and facility maintenance tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
