    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>As a Lead Project Engineer at Weatherford, you'll be at the forefront of technical service delivery in the oil and gas industry. This role offers a clear progression path from entry-level to senior positions, with increasing responsibility, technical complexity, and client interaction as you advance. You'll apply engineering principles to solve real-world challenges, optimize operations, and deliver exceptional service quality while maintaining the highest safety standards.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Participate in daily operations and safety meetings, including toolbox talks and Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)</li><li>Lead Project pre-planning and platform integration</li><li>Perform PJU-HD detailed platform layout and elevations</li><li>Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&amp;IDs)</li><li>Perform verification of hosing and circulation system requirements</li><li>Coordinate BOP verification documentation and testing programs</li><li>Manage field operation crews during complex installations and service</li><li>Partner with client to provide specific PJU-HD structural analysis information to satisfy regulatory requirements</li><li>Present and perform Incident investigation, root cause evaluation and corrective action implementation (WPTS / CPAR)</li><li>Development of operational procedures / technical work instructions</li><li>Respond promptly to client needs with 24-hour availability during assigned rotations</li><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior field engineers</li><li>Contribute to the development of improved procedures and equipment designs</li><li>Support research initiatives through field expertise and practical insights</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required. &nbsp;</li><li>5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with structural design work, particularly for load-bearing components and frameworks&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software</li><li>Experience with crane capacity / lifting requirement verification</li><li>Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and/or hydraulics preferred</li><li>Leadership experience is preferred&nbsp;</li><li>Physical capability to perform required field tasks</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p><p>Travel Requirement: Up to 10% domestic and potentially international travel to PJU installation and operation sites</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-KP1</p>",
