The FP&amp;A Manager is responsible for the planning, forecasting and reporting processes across MAK in order to provide insights and support to the CEO, CFO and other MAK executive leaders &amp; drive optimal capital allocation &amp; operational execution. The role holder will have a strong business partnering mindset and excellent commercial acumen and filter to know when to escalate financial concerns.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for planning processes (strategic 3Y business plan and annual budget) working collaboratively with Executive team</li>\n<li>Responsible for setting the monthly reporting framework and for producing monthly management accounts including key business KPIs, working collaboratively with the Accounting department.</li>\n<li>Supporting CFO in optimizing operations through reporting, ad hoc analysis and effective operating mechanisms with a focus on Orders to cash and cost management</li>\n<li>Leveraging the above to perform a regular (~ monthly) reforecast resulting in recommendations on cost savings and revenue &amp; cash optimisation</li>\n<li>Supporting CFO with regular interactions with external stakeholders (P/E shareholders, lenders, etc)</li>\n<li>Lead finance data governance and drive projects aiming to improve BI capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Outcomes:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Accuracy of Financial Processes and Reporting</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Visibility on operational performance and ability to pivot &amp; optimize financial performance</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Previous Experiences/Qualifications:<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>FP&amp;A expertise and experience in a similar context/role</li>\n<li>Strong accounting background</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Interest in high performing environments / PE-backed structures</li>\n<li>People Management experience would be an advantage</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills and data / BI-centric mindset</li>\n<li>Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines whilst maintaining quality and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Must have a hands-on approach.</li>\n<li>Experience managing risk and implementation of process improvements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br> </span></p>",
