    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Looking to staff Spring - Fall of 2025.  We're hiring full &amp; part-time workers.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Geneva Golf Club will close for the season mid to late October 2025, so this would be a short-term position, though we love to have people return each season! </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are looking for individuals who are outgoing and have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with others.  Previous work experience involving customer service in a fast-paced environment is greatly desired. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.</p>\n<p>• Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.</p>\n<p>• Ensure customers are enjoying their experience and take corrective action when necessary.</p>\n<p>• Proper cash handling.</p>\n<p>• Adhere to all food service sanitation and health code guidelines.</p>\n<p>• Adhere to proper hygiene practices, including arriving in a clean uniform for every shift.</p>\n<p>• Consistently act in a professional manner and treat others with respect at all times.</p>\n<p><span>• </span>Must have an active food handler's card prior to the first day of work.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p>Thompson Golf Group owns and manages 7 courses throughout Arizona, Minnesota &amp; Texas.
