We use hospital grade cleaning products and increased cleaning frequency.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities </h2>\n<p><strong>Inventory Control</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures accurate and timely receipt of freight; accurately places incoming stock in the proper locations; file packing slips in numerical order.</li>\n <li>Manages order pulling for employees and Clients.</li>\n <li>Takes a leading role in bin organization and parts stocking.</li>\n <li>Immediately informs management of any stock outages or discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Assists with regular parts department inventories and selection of parts for returns.</li>\n <li>Initiates all paperwork relating to damages/shortages and vendor returns.</li>\n <li>Participates in perpetual counts.</li>\n <li>Maintains department security.</li>\n <li>Place daily stock orders.</li>\n <li>Match purchase orders and invoices for Parts Manager to review and approve.</li>\n <li>Attend training classes as directed by management.</li>\n <li>INforms maanger of any irregularities in parts available for return to factory.</li>\n <li>Post incoming orders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Shipping/Receiving/Warranty Administration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages all shipping processes, including shipping of warranty parts back to factory.</li>\n <li>Maintains shipping supplies inventory; notifies Parts Manager of needed items.</li>\n <li>Maintains separate warranty storage area organized by Repair Order (RO) sequence.</li>\n <li>Informs manager of any irregularities in parts available for return to factory.</li>\n <li>Ensures proper disposal of parts within factory, Company, and environmental guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Personnel Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinates activities of contract delivery drivers.</li>\n <li>Assists with scheduling of deliveries including routing and special requests.</li>\n <li>Takes initiative to get job done through innovative thinking.</li>\n <li>Promptly notifies salesman or management of Client issues, returns, or problems with drivers, and deliveries, as necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications </h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Education; Required H.S. Diploma/GED</li>\n <li>At least eighteen (18) years of age.</li>\n <li>Experience (Desired): A minimum of 2+ years in position of related or similar positions progressively in automotive, Retail, Sales, Hospitality or Food & Beverage, industries.</li>\n <li>License (Required) Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Degree/Diploma </h2>High School Diploma/GED : Required\n<h2>Licenses Required </h2>Valid CA Driver License",
