We actively support our employees in pursuing advancement and leadership roles within the company.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>*New grads are encouraged to apply - we'll train you in the exciting field of correctional healthcare! *</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Experience / Requirements / Qualifications:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Holds a current, unrestricted license as a <strong>Registered Nurse</strong> within <strong>NV</strong></li>\n <li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Hemodialysis Staff RN in a healthcare setting, with correctional healthcare experience preferred </li>\n <li>Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or other relevant certifications may be preferred</li>\n <li>Must possess an active BLS CPR Certification (American Heart Association preferred)</li>\n <li>Strong clinical assessment, IV insertion, medication administration, and emergency response skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of renal physiology, the causes and progression of kidney disease, and the principles of hemodialysis</li>\n <li>Previous experience working in a correctional facility, familiarity with security protocols and procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrity, professionalism and ability to adhere to a Code of Conduct and comply with all facility(s) correctional healthcare policies, procedures, and legal requirements</li>\n <li>Must pass the facility’s criminal background check and drug screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We know you may have questions before applying.
