Join a team where advanced technology meets compassionate care in a close-knit community setting.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The MRI Technologist performs high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a safe and positive patient experience.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Position Details</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment Type: PRN (as needed)</li>\n<li>Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM</li>\n<li>Department: Imaging</li>\n<li>Travel: None required</li>\n<li>Supervisory Responsibilities: None</li>\n<li>Compensation: Commensurate with experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and physician orders</li>\n<li>Ensure accurate patient positioning and proper selection of imaging parameters</li>\n<li>Guide patients through procedures with clear communication and compassionate care</li>\n<li>Monitor patient safety throughout imaging, including screening for MRI contraindications</li>\n<li>Collaborate with radiologists and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal imaging outcomes</li>\n<li>Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality control standards are met</li>\n<li>Manage workflow efficiently to support timely patient care and diagnosis</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and hospital standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certification: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification – required</li>\n<li>Certification: Current CPR certification – required</li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of six (6) months MRI clinical experience preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Core Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong technical knowledge of MRI procedures, positioning, and safety protocols</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and commitment to diagnostic accuracy</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with the care team</li>\n<li>Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills</li>\n<li>Professionalism and accountability in all aspects of care</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Employment Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compliance with all hospital policies, including vaccination requirements (approved exemptions considered)</li>\n<li>Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (post-offer)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Benefits</span></p>\n<p>PRN employees are eligible for select benefits in accordance with hospital policy.
